Quinta Mourisca is a family project in Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, dedicated to producing small batches of organic olive oil, fruit vinegars, and seasonal products. Rooted in the region’s heritage and a careful way of making, each product reflects the character of the land of Trás-os-Montes.
