Located in Terra Quente , Agrobom owes its name, "good field," to the renowned fertility of its land. This region has long been known for its artisanal olive oil production, where traditional, non-industrial methods prevail.
Organic + Handmade + Traditional
AGRICULTURE
At Quinta Mourisca, agriculture is organic and non-intensive, guided by the natural rhythm of the land. The diversity of the Trás-os-Montes region is valued in each of our olive groves and orchards, as well as in the native breeds present on the estate, such as Churra Badana sheep, Trás-os-Montes livestock dogs, and Bísaro pigs, preserving the authenticity of the territory.

PRODUCTS
The products from Quinta Mourisca reflect the authenticity of the region: organic olive oil, vinegars Made with artisanal fruits and charcuterie. Each batch is limited, made with selected raw materials and traditional processes, preserving the flavor, origin, and grounding.
