This vinegar is made from the leftovers of our red wine production. Natural fermentation gives it a complexity and intensity that can only be achieved through artisanal methods.

It is part of a very small annual batch, of only 50 units, made and bottled at Quinta Mourisca, in Agrobom.

Red wine vinegar (sulfites).
Profile & Usage

Sensory profile: Intense acidity, with a red wine aroma. Natural fermentation gives it a more complex flavor than that of an industrial vinegar.

Usage suggestions: Perfect in vinaigrettes and marinades, to liven up stir-fries and roasts, or as a finishing touch to vegetables and sauces.
