Our blueberry vinegar is made with blueberries from Alfândega da Fé, supplied by a local producer, and is already a classic in our fruit vinegar production.

It is naturally more gelatinous due to the pectin present in blueberries. The result is a fruity and balanced vinegar, ideal for enhancing salads, light dishes and marinades, similar to balsamic vinegar.

Blueberries, sugar, white wine vinegar (sulfites).
Profile & Usage

Sensory profile: The texture is dense and the fruity flavor is similar to that of a traditional balsamic vinegar, while maintaining freshness and balance.

Usage suggestions: It's versatile in the kitchen: it works well in salads, roasted vegetables, meat dishes and sauces, and can also be used in cocktails.
