O Negrinha do Freixo Verde é um azeite feito a partir de azeitonas verdes da variedade Negrinha do Freixo, uma variedade única de Trás-os-Montes. Foi produzido a 30 de outubro, no nosso lagar em Agrobom, e depois de decantado, estará pronto para ser enviado a partir de meados de novembro.
O azeite nasce nos olivais de Agrobom, em Alfândega da Fé, cultivados em modo de produção biológico. A colheita da azeitona ainda verde dá um azeite com um perfil marcado pela fruta, produzido em pequena quantidade.
Extraído a frio por métodos mecânicos, este azeite virgem extra é certificado biológico e produzido em edição limitada.
