These table olives are from the traditional variety Borrenta (also known as Borreira) from Trás-os-Montes, organically certified and hand-harvested. They are cured exclusively with salt and water, with no additives or preservatives.

This is a rare variety, with a very limited number of trees, resulting in a small production each year.

We sell the olives in bulk to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. We recommend storing them in water with a small amount of salt, and serving them drizzled with olive oil and aromatic herbs.
