This is where our story begins. This is where we produce. And it is this land that gives character to everything we do.

Agrobom owes its name to the recognized fertility of its fields - “good land.” Located in the Terra Quente of Trás-os-Montes, this village holds a long memory: of olive oil, of animals raised in freedom, and of knowledge that is not written down, but passed on.

How we do it

According to the rhythm of the land, not the market

At Quinta Mourisca, we don’t force anything. The olive groves grow under rainfed conditions, without artificial irrigation. Bísaro pigs live outdoors. Churra Badana sheep graze as they always have in this region. We respect the timing of each process, and that respect carries through to the final product.

Products

From the estate to your home, without intermediaries

Organic olive oil from rainfed groves. Handcrafted fruit condiments. Bísaro pork charcuterie, cured over time. Seasonal flavours that exist only when the land allows.

Each product has a known origin, a numbered batch, and its own season. No two batches are the same and that’s exactly how we like it.
