Quinta Mourisca is a family-run farm in Trás-os-Montes , Portugal, dedicated to producing small batches of organic olive oil, fruit vinegars, and seasonal products. Rooted in the region's heritage and a meticulous approach, each product reflects the character of the Trás-os-Montes land.
