Trás-os-Montes olives
Trás-os-Montes produces some of the most intense olives in Portugal. The harsh climate, local varieties, and altitude do the work. What reaches the bottle has flavor, has character, has spice. It is an olive oil you notice on the plate.
From the farm, actually.
Made by us, grown right here in Agrobom, Trás-os-Montes, Portugal.
Sustainability at the Farm
Working directly with the land implies an added responsibility: in how we care for the olive groves and orchards, in water management, and in our constant concern to reduce food waste.
