O nosso Azeite Virgem Extra Biológico Altitude nasce nos olivais de Agrobom, em Alfândega-da-Fé, a mil metros de altitude. Aqui, entre vales e encostas, cultivamos as variedades Cobrançosa, Madural e Verdeal, colhidas em novembro de 2024, no ponto certo de maturação. As oliveiras crescem em solos fertilizados apenas com estrume das nossas ovelhas.
This unfiltered olive oil is cold-extracted using mechanical processes at the Chacim mill, just minutes from our fields. The result is a certified organic olive oil, limited to a batch of 500 liters, that preserves the character of the fruit and the mineral expression of our landscape. On the palate, it reveals both green and ripe notes, with a spicy and lingering finish.
Quinta Mourisca is also dedicated to the production of artisanal fruit vinegars, for those who enjoy exploring new flavors in the kitchen.
