REGIONAL FRUIT
Our vinegars are prepared with fruits that grow on the trees of our farm in Agrobom, Alfândega da Fé, Trás-os-Montes. Seasonally, we also use other local producers, with similar cultivation methods to ours, to supply ourselves with other fruits typical of the region. Vinegars are one of the ways to use the fruit, along with our jams, fruits in syrup and marmalade.


Recipe Origin
Our fruit vinegars are a recipe that combines wine vinegar with fruit. When we thought about how we could use the parts of the fruit that were wasted during our jelly production, we had the idea of creating a recipe similar to balsamic vinegar. And voila, our fruit vinegars were created, perfectly combining the acidity of vinegar with the sweetness of fruit!
