PRODUCTS
Where are your products produced?
Our fruit and charcuterie products are produced in our regional kitchen in Agrobom, Alfândega da Fé. Our olive oil is produced in the Chacim mill, located in a village 15 minutes from our olive groves.
What raw materials do you use in your production?
We use fruits and vegetables that grow on our Farm and we also acquire raw materials from other producers in Alfândega da Fé. The Bísaro pork meat we use is from pigs that grow on our Farm, in a semi-extensive regime from approximately 15 hectares to 13 animals.
Do you have certifications for your products?
Yes. Our olive oil has organic certification and the Classic and Altitude olive oil varieties have the D.O.P. Trás-os-Montes certification. For the products we produce in smaller quantities, we do not have organic certification, but we do not use pesticides on our land and we try to work with local suppliers guided by the same values.
How do you fertilize your land?
Since our olive oil has organic certification, on all our land we only use manure from our Churra Badana sheep, an indigenous Trás-os-Montes breed.
What do you add to your products?
We do not use any preservatives or artificial color in our recipes. The preservatives we use are, depending on the recipe, sugar, vinegar, spices, salt, olive oil…
When do you produce your products?
Our production is seasonal and we only use the fruits of each season to prepare our products. In the case of charcuterie, we also only carry out production during the winter months.
Where do you send your products?
We ship our products worldwide and shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order. If you have any questions about shipping, you can send us a message on WhatsApp or send us an email.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipments are, in principle, delivered within 1 to 2 working days. In the case of shipments outside mainland Portugal, shipping times may be longer. Shipping to Europe, as a rule, takes 5 working days.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number, so you can track your order in real time.
How do you pack your orders?
We use reused boxes to pack our orders. If you want to send a gift, you can select a wrapping when paying for the order.
Can I exchange or return products?
No, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless there is a food safety issue.
What payment methods are available?
Orders can be paid via bank transfer, MB WAY, ATM reference or credit/debit card.

What types of partners do you work with?
We establish partnerships with resellers, restaurants, bakeries, hotels, among others. We develop different partnerships depending on the needs of our partners: we create bottles of olive oil adapted for use in restaurants, we carry out olive oil tastings…

I have a space and would like to organize an olive oil tasting. Is it possible?
Yes! We have different olive oil tasting models depending on the type of event, number of people, location of the tasting…
I have a restaurant. How can I serve your products?
Get in touch with us to understand which products you are looking for. Our restaurant partners often seek out our olive oil and fruit seasonings. Depending on the location of the restaurant, we try to develop packaging solutions that reduce waste, such as reusable packaging, return of glass bottles, among others.
I have a store in Portugal. Can I resell your products?
Yes! We try to ensure that our products are resold by partners with whom we have trusting relationships and that there are no nearby stores offering resale of the same Quinta Mourisca's products. So, after filling out the form identifying your retail space, we will confirm if there is any incompatibility with a nearby retailer.
Do you have discounts for partners?
Yes! When you become our partner, you will have access to a discount code that you can enter when placing your order.
Are there minimum order quantities for products?
Yes. To apply the discount code for partners, you will have to order product packs that can consist of 6 or 12 units, depending on the type of product.
Is there a minimum value for the total order?
Yes, the minimum order value is 150 Euros (incl. VAT).
Is it mandatory to follow your PVP (Public Selling Price)?
We recommend that our PVPs be used, because we believe that Quinta Mourisca customers should find products at fair and similar prices in different sales locations.
When is the invoice due?
When placing your order, you can choose to pay immediately or within 30 days. If you choose to pay the invoice within 30 days, you will have to choose the bank transfer payment option.
When is the order shipped?
Once we receive your order, we will ship it, in principle, on the next working day. If we have a product out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to ship it.
How is the order sent?
You can choose to collect the order in our store or receive it via courier. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Can I return the products?
Unless there is a problem in terms of food safety of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
I have a store outside of Portugal. Can I resell your products?
Yes! We work with partners outside of Portugal. The ordering and shipping process is the same as the one applicable to partners located in Portugal.
I have a company and I would like to offer your products to my customers and suppliers. Is it possible?
Yes! We develop tailor-made solutions for companies looking for Christmas hampers or other gift bags to offer to their customers and partners.

VISIT
Where are the tourist accommodations located?
We have 6 tourist accommodations located in different villages in the municipality of Alfândega da Fé: Agrobom, Colmeais, Covelas, Gouveia, Sendim da Serra and Vales.
Are the accommodations private?
Yes. Each booking is for the entire accommodation. In accommodations with a pool or jacuzzi, these amenities are exclusive to guests of the accommodation.
Are the accommodations equipped?
Yes. The accommodations have an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The accommodations also have Wi-Fi and television.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. However, we would like to point out that the accommodations are not completely fenced and there are “small” walls.
What are the differences between the accommodations?
- Casa da Fraga in Agrobom: kitchen, living room, service bathroom, outdoor area with adult pool and children's pool, 2 suites with private bathroom and shower and double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, 1 full bathroom with bathtub.
- Colmeais Accommodation: kitchen, living room, full bathroom with bathtub, balcony with jacuzzi, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 mezzanine with 3 single beds.
- Covelas accommodation: kitchen, living room, full bathroom with bathtub, outdoor area with swimming pool, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 mezzanine with 3 single beds.
- Gouveia accommodation: kitchen, living room, bathroom, 12 single beds with bunk beds.
- Sendim da Serra accommodation: kitchen, living room, outdoor area with swimming pool and ping pong table, 1 suite with 2 single beds and private bathroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, full bathroom with shower, 1 mezzanine with 4 single beds.
- Vales Accommodation: kitchen, living room, full bathroom with bathtub, outdoor area with swimming pool, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 mezzanine with 3 single beds.
Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?
No. The accommodations are prepared to receive guests and even have shampoo and shower gel. We do not provide towels for outside use.
Do you serve meals in the accommodations?
We do not serve any meals, as the accommodation is located in different areas of the municipality of Alfândega da Fé.
What is the coffee machine in the accommodation?
The accommodations in Colmeais, Covelas, Sendim da Serra and Vales all have Delta capsule machines. The accommodation in Agrobom has a filter coffee machine.
Do the accommodations have a barbecue?
Yes, the accommodations have a barbecue. We recommend that you bring charcoal and firelighters if you intend to use the barbecue.
Do the accommodations have heating and cooling systems?
Yes. The accommodations have air conditioning and a pellet/fireplace system. During the cold months, we leave a bag of pellets in the accommodations, but as this varies depending on the guests' use, we recommend that you bring your own.
How can I book and pay for an accommodation?
Simply search for the days you want and make your reservation. Payment is made by bank transfer, and you will be sent the transfer details up to 7 days before check-in.
Can I cancel the reservation?
Depending on the type of rate you choose (refundable or non-refundable) and how far in advance you make your reservation, you may be able to cancel your reservation free of charge.
Can I visit the animals at Quinta Mourisca?
Yes, you can come and see our flock of Churra Badana sheep, our Bísaro pigs and our Transmontano cattle dogs. We need you to contact us to schedule your visit.
How can I have Quinta Mourisca products for my stay?
You can purchase products in our online store and use the code TURISMO to get a 10% discount on our products. In order for us to validate your order, simply enter the name of your reservation.
I am staying at one of your accommodations and I have a question, how can I speak to you?
Our service is available between 10am and 7:30pm. Send us a WhatsApp message on +351 913311692. Outside these hours, if you have an emergency situation, we advise you to contact the responsible authorities by dialing 112.
