The Classic Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2L) is produced in Agrobom, Trás-os-Montes, from the Cobrançosa, Madural and Verdeal varieties. Unfiltered and canned , it preserves the natural texture of the olive juice and protects the oil from light.

Balanced, with subtle notes of bitterness and spiciness.

Suggested uses:

Versatile in the kitchen, it works well in hot recipes or as a cold seasoning.

From the Olive Tree to the Bottle

Olives from the farm

We have about 15 hectares of olive groves, all in Agrobom (Alfândega da Fé, Bragança), and that's where we harvest the olives.

Organic certificate

The trees on the farm are grown using organic production methods. The Organic Certificate is available for consultation.

Support for local productions

Productions like ours are essential to preserving traditional olive groves, which thrive without the need for irrigation and without the application of pesticides.

Flavored olive oils

Cold-pressed olive oil is pure olive juice. Just like the freshly picked fruit, it has spicy and bitter notes: natural characteristics of a true extra virgin olive oil.

Preserving olive oil

Our completely opaque cans protect the oil from light. To preserve its sensory qualities, it is recommended to store them away from heat sources, such as the stove, thus prolonging the flavor of the olive oil.

Organic Farming

Working directly with the land implies an added responsibility: we practice organic farming in our olive groves and orchards, caring for the soil and biodiversity, without pesticides.
