Quinta Mourisca is a family project guided by simple principles: respecting the land, honoring the seasons, and preserving the traditions of Trás-os-Montes. We produce organic olive oils and artisanal foods in harmony with nature.

Located at Terra Quente, Agrobom owes its name, “good field", to the recognized fertility of its fields. This region has long been known for its artisanal olive oil production, where traditional, non-industrial methods prevail.
Mission
Our purpose is to reconnect people with food prepared in harmony with nature, respecting what each season has to offer.
the farm
Olive trees, fruit trees, and native animals coexist at Quinta Mourisca in a circular system that defines our organic production: the animals fertilize the fields and feed on the surplus fruit, honoring the Trás-os-Montes tradition in a cycle where nothing goes to waste.

OLIVE OIL FROM THE FARM
Olive groves define the landscape of Quinta Mourisca, where we produce organic extra virgin olive oils in small batches. Our portfolio includes single-varietal olive oils, high-altitude olive oils from trees at over 1,000 meters, and olive oils harvested green, producing spicy and intense flavors.
FRUIT VINEGARS
Our fruit vinegars capture the unique flavors of seasonal fruits from Trás-os-Montes. Based on wine vinegar, each seasoning combines acidic and sweet notes for culinary versatility, produced in small batches without artificial colors or preservatives.

FARM ANIMALS
At Quinta Mourisca, we've chosen to preserve native breeds adapted to the Trás-os-Montes region. We raise Bísaro pigs, Churra Badana sheep, and Transmontano dogs, animals that live outdoors among the orchards and complement the farm's landscape.
