We make our chorizos with 100% Bísaro pork, raised on the Quinta's land.

Ingredients for 100% Bísaro Pork Chorizo

100% Bísaro pork, garlic, white and red wine, bay leaves, paprika, pepper, chilli and salt

May contain traces of sulfites and mustard

May contain fragments of animal bones

 

Drying of 100% Bísaro Pork Chorizo

We dry our charcuterie, in a traditional way, by the heat of the noble wood fireplace, namely oak and broom, for around 15 days. We choose not to use heavy smoking methods.
