I have a space and would like to organize an olive oil tasting. Is it possible?
Yes! We have different olive oil tasting models depending on the type of event, number of people, location of the tasting…
I have a restaurant. How can I serve your products?
Get in touch with us to understand which products you are looking for. Our restaurant partners often seek out our olive oil and fruit seasonings. Depending on the location of the restaurant, we try to develop packaging solutions that reduce waste, such as reusable packaging, return of glass bottles, among others.
I have a store in Portugal. Can I resell your products?
Yes! We try to ensure that our products are resold by partners with whom we have trusting relationships and that there are no nearby stores offering resale of the same Quinta Mourisca's products. So, after filling out the form identifying your retail space, we will confirm if there is any incompatibility with a nearby retailer.
Do you have discounts for partners?
Yes! When you become our partner, you will have access to a discount code that you can enter when placing your order.
Are there minimum order quantities for products?
Yes. To apply the discount code for partners, you will have to order product packs that can consist of 6 or 12 units, depending on the type of product.
Is there a minimum value for the total order?
Yes, the minimum order value is 150 Euros (incl. VAT).
Is it mandatory to follow your PVP (Public Selling Price)?
We recommend that our PVPs be used, because we believe that Quinta Mourisca customers should find products at fair and similar prices in different sales locations.
When is the invoice due?
When placing your order, you can choose to pay immediately or within 30 days. If you choose to pay the invoice within 30 days, you will have to choose the bank transfer payment option.
When is the order shipped?
Once we receive your order, we will ship it, in principle, on the next working day. If we have a product out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to ship it.
How is the order sent?
You can choose to collect the order in our store or receive it via courier. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Can I return the products?
Unless there is a problem in terms of food safety of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
I have a store outside of Portugal. Can I resell your products?
Yes! We work with partners outside of Portugal. The ordering and shipping process is the same as the one applicable to partners located in Portugal.
I have a company and I would like to offer your products to my customers and suppliers. Is it possible?
Yes! We develop tailor-made solutions for companies looking for Christmas hampers or other gift bags to offer to their customers and partners.
