SINGLE ORIGIN
Quinta Mourisca olive oil is produced with olives that grow in the olive groves of the village of Agrobom, located in the heart of Terra Quente Trás-os-Montes. We have been crafting oil from our organic olive trees for many generations. Our olive groves are cultivated using traditional methods and are not watered, beyond natural rainfall

ORGANIC
We believe in sustainable farming methods that have been used for centuries: no pesticides and no fertilizers. We only use manure from the Churra Badana sheep that roam our olive groves. The philosophy of our Quinta allows us to be a certified producer of organic olive oil.

TRÁS-OS-MONTES
Our olive groves are comprised solely of olives trees native to Trás-os-Montes, such as verdeal, madural, cobrançosa and negrinha-do-freixo. This is our way of valuing the region's fruits, which are well adapted to the harsh climate of Trás-os-Montes, producing olive oils with a robust profile.

SELECTED HARVESTS
We are motivated to create experiences and sensations with olive oil, which led us to produce small harvests with different varieties of olives harvested at different degrees of ripeness. The range of olive oils at our Quinta Mourisca stands out for its monovarietal olive oils and blends, both green and mature.

MADURAL VERDE
The Green Madural Olive Oil is produced exclusively from organic olives of the variety Madural, a typical olive from Trás-os-Montes. This is an olive that is distinguished by its rapid ripening, which is why we harvest the olives when they are still green, in order to preserve the unique and fresh characteristics of the olive flavor in the final product.
MADURAL VERDE
The Green Madural Olive Oil is produced exclusively from organic olives of the variety Madural, a typical olive from Trás-os-Montes. This is an olive that is distinguished by its rapid ripening, which is why we harvest the olives when they are still green, in order to preserve the unique and fresh characteristics of the olive flavor in the final product.
NEGRINHA do FREIXO
The Negrinha do Freixo Green Olive Oil is a monovarietal olive oil produced only from Negrinha do Freixo olives. This is a Trás-os-Montes variety traditionally used for cured table olives. In 2021, we produced the first batch of green olive oil from this olive and since then it has remained a key oil in our production, due to its unique sensorial profile.
ALTITUDE
The Altitude Olive Oil from Quinta Mourisca is extracted from olives of the Cobrançosa, Madural Verde and Verdeal varieties, all from organic cultivation and certified as D.O.P. Trás-os-Montes. The olives are harvested when ripe, from olive trees located at more than 800 meters of altitude, which makes their flavors more intense.

The Negrinha do Freixo Green Olive Oil is a monovarietal olive oil produced only from Negrinha do Freixo olives. This is a Trás-os-Montes variety traditionally used for cured table olives.
